About Ruth Davis – GM of Roll by ADP

Ruth Davis is ADP’s GM of SBS Digital Solutions and the GM of Roll by ADP. Roll is a digital first startup inside of the corporation that offers an innovative and intelligent payroll solution that enables micro and small businesses to run payroll, anywhere at any time with no experience needed! Ruth has spent most of her career building, launching and running digital businesses. Ruth started her career as a strategy consultant and then moved into industry where she led web channels and various lines of business at SAAS based companies. Prior to joining ADP, she spent 5 years in corporate venture development, launching startups within large corporations including EY TaxChat, a direct-to-consumer assisted tax preparation business that’s delivered through a mobile app. Ruth lives in Montclair, NJ with her 17-year-old twins and Saint Bernard who all enjoy spending time together hiking, biking and volunteering.
