Derek Harris: Derek “DL” Harris, serves as Managing Partner with Sirius 360 Consulting where he advises on Accounting, Income Protection, and Tax Strategies. He is a practicing Management and Strategy Consultant, Certified IRS Tax Preparer, and Licensed Insurance Producer. Entrepreneurial by nature, Mr. Harris embarked on his first independent business venture at the young age of twelve, building and selling a successful Grit Magazine route. His next business incarnation came upon the beginning of summer break and end of his 3rd year at University of Arkansas in 1989. That summer, Derek went on to create, build from scratch a locally-based messenger-courier service called ProPrompt. Years later, that business evolved into USA Discount Express, a regional and national ICC certified transportation company with brick & mortar Pack-n-Ship-styled Retail Units and a fleet of Delivery Car, Vans, & Trucks, Hot Shot Expediter Vans, and full-scale 18-Wheel Tractor-Trailer Trucks. His companies garnered a host of contracts from top firms including; Best Buy, Lockheed-Martin, Raytheon Jet, Falcon Jet, Forward Air Freight, McKesson and several Municipal-City, County, and State Contracts. His organization maintained operations for two decades until the Global Economic downturn and upheaval of the Great Recession (2006-2009). The messenger-courier division was sold and the remaining company units divested in 2008. Mr. Harris went back into the corporate career market serving a few companies in the capacities of Sales, Business Development, and eventually, Management Consulting with a specialization in Tax. Over the years, he has worked with over 300 businesses and organizations. Today as an active consultant, Mr. Harris focuses on continuing to build his network of relationships with connections in government, privately-held and publicly-traded companies and non-profits. He works with a number of individuals and established organizations including: angel investors, venture capital firms, international thought leaders and countless Startup Founders as well as Small Business Owners (SBOs) across several industry sectors.

Tiffany Bisconer: Tiffany Bisconer is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting and tax. Tiffany has also held a lifetime passion and involvement in the arts. She has served as the CFO for a nationwide property management company, the Controller for a nationwide construction management company, the Controller and Operational Manager of an international entertainment production company, the Treasurer for a non-profit organization, the Advisor and Head Accountant for numerous arts based organizations and has run the start-up of businesses into thriving companies. Tiffany has worked with one of the top 10 Certified Public Accounting and Consulting Firms in the nation and is currently the Director of Acena Consulting focusing on providing specialty tax incentive consulting services. She works with other CPA firms and directly with business owners in multiple industries, at all levels of growth, to help educate and identify opportunities for the utilization of tax credits for infusion of cash flow.
