This 2-day workshop is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and how they can be used for small businesses. By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to implement and use a CRM system to improve and automate operations and increase revenue. Specifically, you will be able to:
Day 1: Introduction to CRMs
1. Describe the basic concept and functionality of a customer relationship management CRM) system.
2. Learn how a CRM can help a small business manage customer interactions and data more effectively.
3. Explore specific CRM features and how they can be used to improve business processes and increase revenue.
4. Develop an understanding of the benefits that a CRM can provide to small businesses and the importance of CRM usage in today’s business environment.

The targeted audience for this course is someone who the following statements might apply to their business:

Requirements: NONE! All you need is an inquisitive mind and a desire to automate your business through the implementation of an efficient and profitable CRM system.
Allison Reed Bio:
Allison Reed is the founder and CEO of The Prairie Group with more than 30 years of sales and sale technology experience. Specializing in sales automation for small to midsize companies, Allison uses his experience to broker solutions that work and increase productivity.
Allison’s number one goal is to deliver sales automation solutions that are individually designed to fit a company’s needs and increase productivity. At a minimum, Allison has saved clients 7.5 hours per week by using a proven tech stack.
By focusing on sales automation, Allison has been able to put the Technology degree that he earned at Northwestern University to good use. Over the years, he has garnered some experience from some of the top corporations such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and Jabra to name a few.
When Allison is not busy automating sales processes, he’s an avid reader and loves spending time with family, friends, and fraternity.
Sharon Reed Bio:
Sharon Reed is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in operational management, learning and development, and account management. As the Co-Founder of The Prairie Group, she has played an instrumental role in building and growing the company into a leading provider of sales automation and soft skill training solutions.
Sharon’s career began in the financial services industry, where she honed her skills in operations management, account management, and learning and development. It was after the acquisition of these skills, that she discovered her passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
At The Prairie Group, Sharon has helped to develop innovative training programs that have transformed the way organizations approach workforce development. She is known for her strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and her ability to build strong relationships with clients.
In addition to her work at The Prairie Group, Sharon is also actively involved in her sorority and community. She is a dedicated volunteer and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations. She is a lifelong learner and is constantly seeking out new knowledge and experiences to enhance her skills and expertise.

Ashley Kelley Bio:
Ashley Kelly is a Senior Business Consultant with J.P Morgan Chase with over 19 years in business and commercial banking. Within her line of business, she focuses on supporting Minority, Women and Veteran Owned businesses. The mission is to establish a community of support designed to address the challenges that small businesses face: lacking access to information, procurement opportunities, and access to capital through 1:1 Mentoring. She is helping to advance racial equity by supporting underserved small businesses in the Phoenix community with tools and resources to help them improve their financial wellbeing.
Ashley has spent most of that time working with business owners and creating opportunities for those companies. She has served on the women’s leadership committees and became a
certified women’s banking advocate. She is heavily involved with the bank’s DEI programs for minorities in diverse segments.
Ashley and her family live near South Mountain and are natives to Arizona. She and her husband have served on the gala committee for Valley life for Several years, as well as co-chairing a few of them. She most recently became a board member for the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the YWCA. Ashley has a lot of passion towards helping others, especially in communities that are considered underserved.
Ashley and her husband have 3 kids (18,9,and 3). They enjoy traveling and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys weight training and outdoor activities with her family.
