The Google Grant is a powerful marketing tool offering up to $10,000 in free advertising to nonprofits. Yet many organizations fail to utilize this generous grant due to a lack of time, resources, or the skill set to manage their grant effectively. Todd Vigil, a seasoned arts and nonprofit marketing executive and founder of EleeHub, will walk you through an easy three-campaign strategy that can help you improve your Google Grant performance in this entertaining and engaging session. While this talk is designed for nonprofit professionals, this strategy can also be deployed for small business owners as well.
THREE TAKEAWAYS:
1. Apply for Google for Nonprofits
2. Set up both a dynamic and responsive campaign
3. Monitor and track performance via Google Ads
Speaker Bio:
Todd Vigil is a results-driven leader in nonprofit marketing and leadership, characterized by his innovative approach and reliance on data-driven strategies. His tenure as the Chief Marketing Officer for The Phoenix Symphony marked a significant period of transformation, primarily through the adoption of digital marketing tactics. In 2021, he embarked on a new venture, founding EleeHub, a consulting firm dedicated to assisting nonprofits in leveraging the Google Ad Grant and providing targeted support through fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) roles. Beyond his professional endeavors, Vigil actively contributes to the field as the marketing chair for the Leadership Council for Arizona State University’s Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation, where he is also an instructor. Here, he imparts his marketing and social media expertise to the next generation of nonprofit leaders. Todd Vigil’s career is emblematic of his unwavering dedication to enhancing the nonprofit sector through strategic marketing initiatives and digital innovation.

In this transformative workshop, we explore the critical elements that drive success in any organization: People, Purpose, Performance, Playbook, and Profit. But we go beyond the surface, delving into the deeper connection with your team that brings true joy and fulfillment to your business.
We’ll cover the three key dimensions of personal and professional development:
• Cognitive: Leveraging knowledge and experience to build a solid foundation.
• Conative: Understanding the prescriptive ways a person will take action and drive results when they have the freedom to do things their way.
• Affective: Cultivating motivation and mental toughness to sustain momentum.
Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to harness these dimensions to create a thriving business environment where your people excel, your purpose is clear, your performance is optimized, and your profits grow—all while fostering a culture of joy and engagement.
