-Identify hidden strengths in team members using their Human Design type (Manifestor, Generator, Projector, Reflector, Manifesting Generator).
-Stop energy leaks by assigning roles that align with natural decision-making strategies (e.g., why Generators need time to “respond” and Projectors need invitations to lead).
-Fix communication breakdowns using each person’s Authority (emotional, sacral, etc.) and Profile lines (e.g., how a “3/5” team member thrives in troubleshooting vs. a “1/3” who needs deep research).
-Spot mismatches causing burnout (like a Reflector stuck in repetitive tasks) and realign workflows.

You’ll leave with a blueprint to optimize team synergy, reduce friction, and boost productivity by 30-50%-no personality tests required.
