For Independent Contractors, getting payments from customers can be a challenge. From clients paying late or clients who never pay at all, it falls solely on small business owners to make sure they’re compensated.
That’s why we’re bringing you this session that will give independent contractors a plan of legal action to ensure you’re customers pay up.
Each attendee will learn 5 contract provisions to add to their contracts to assist in payments and how those provisions work in their favor.
About Tabitha Myers: Raised in Chandler, Arizona, she graduated from Arizona State University with a Political Science degree. While attending law school at the Drexel University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, she became the first Drexel Law student to earn spots on both the Moot Court Board and the Drexel Law Review.
After law school, she returned to my home state of Arizona and practiced law for a decade in some of the largest and smallest Phoenix firms. Tabitha founded Midtown Law in 2019 with the mission to meet the personalized legal needs of small business owners—with fair, flat rate fees.
