We know how important safety is during this COVID-19 pandemic, so we are being overly cautious. The following protocols are some of the precautions we have put in place.

Questions
Yes. You have the flexibility to book an Office by the Day one day at a time. Or you can book as many days as you want in the future, consecutively or non-consecutively. Provided the office you are wanting to book is available for those days.
When you buy one of the packages above, you will be prompted to create an account in our member portal. In that member portal, your account will be pre-filled with credits (known as “coins” in our system) with the appropriate amount based on the package you bought.
The 5-day package will give your account 500 coins. The 15-day package will give your account 1500 coins. Each Office by the Day booking costs 100 coins. The coins used for each booking will be subtracted from your allotment in your account. You will be able to review how many coins you have in your member portal account.
When you buy one of the packages above, you will be prompted to create an account in our member portal. In that member portal, you click “Office by the Day” on the left side bar and choose which day and which office you wish to book.
If you go over, you will be billed for the normal rate ($100/day). Upon checkout, you will see how much is owed and will be required to enter a credit card to complete your booking.
Office by the Day bookings can be booked and have access only during CO+HOOTS’ business hours, which is M-F 9am-6pm (excluding holidays).
They do not! You can use them tomorrow, next year, next decade …
You have to wear a mask any time you are in a common area within the building. Wearing a mask within offices (please close the door) is optional.
Yes. You can take your calls in the office you booked, but you can also take your calls in the designated phone booths, which are free to use. You may also take your calls outside the building.
When you book an Office by the Day for a single day, treat CO+HOOTS like any member would. You’re no stranger here! You have access to common areas like the kitchen and lounge, restrooms, outdoor patios and phone booths.
You can take an office just for yourself or you can book an office for multiple people to use (up to 4 people maximum).
Office “No. 1” has three desks and chairs. Office “No. 3” has four desks and chairs. Those maximum occupancies will be enforced.
There is no deposit required. No other costs will be charged to you.
