CO+HOOTS FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE EDUCATION, TRAINING AND MENTORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TO SELECT SMALL AND EMERGING BUSINESSES IN PHOENIX.
Level Up at CO+HOOTS Foundation is a 6-week program followed by an ongoing peer-to-peer mentoring community targeting small and emerging businesses. Level Up provides business scaling education, training opportunities, 1:1 technical assistance and mentorship opportunities with the goal of providing sustainable jobs to low-income individuals.
Level Up is a community-driven program designed to help small and emerging businesses sustainably CONNECT, COLLABORATE and SUCCEED while simultaneously improving the economic outlook in Phoenix and serving the needs of its residents.

- Provide Business Scaling Training Opportunities/Business Model Canvas Support to 10-15 entrepreneurs.
- Provide 10-15 struggling small business owners with office/mentor hours.
- Act as a referral source for low income individuals with tech/entrepreneurial backgrounds in need of marketing assistance, financing, or other technical assistance.
- Help participating businesses
- Create/retain at least 10 jobs for low and moderate income individuals as a result of the program.
- Provide access to Phoenix’s most innovative collaborative workspace to grow and thrive.

The program is sectioned into 4 phases, each geared toward moving the business toward a realistic schedule and approach to success.
First phase (Discovery): Focuses solely on discovering and finding solutions for a business’ pain points. Small groups of 5-10 Phoenix area businesses will participate in a free 2-day intensive conference and receive in-depth, targeted information about their business.
Second phase (Tactical): Is dedicated to tactical work and developing a road map to success. Business owners who commit to this process begin to build a strategy for scaling up. Phase 2 also provides an opportunity for facilitated peer problem solving and mentorship. Completion of this phase results in an optional deeply discounted membership for 6 months in CO+HOOTS coworking space in midtown Phoenix.
Phase 3 (Mentorship): Targeted mentoring and peer-guided business development now begins. Business owners are strategically paired with CO+HOOTS Mentors who are specifically skilled in the areas of each particular business for 1-on-1 consultations. This phase connects small businesses to a huge community of a wide variety of businesses in the Phoenix area.
Phase 4 (Success and give back): Places the now sustainable business confidently in a position to hire at least one low income individual, creating sustainable economic growth in the metro Phoenix area. We’d invite you to return the next season to participate.
