Upon purchase, you will create an account to our user-friendly portal. Once logged in, click "New Booking" to book on our meeting room calendar. You can also track you usage in our portal. Alternatively, you can book right on our public meeting room calendar page or use our Android mobile app to book.

If you go over, you will be billed for the difference at the regular rate depending on day and times of your booking. Upon checkout, you will see the difference and will be required to enter a credit card to complete your booking.
Upon booking of your first meeting room or event space you will be sent our catering recommendations. You can also request additional add-ons during the booking process (ex. coffee/tea, supplies, pens, microphone, etc.) You are also more than welcome to cater in your own food and drink.
